Hung and Drawn - Pendant Lights - Hong Kong - July 2014
Aiming to make the most of our proximity to a broad range of manufacturers in China, Studio Cassells developed our own lighting range, exploring glass as the primary material. Hung & Drawn was an exploration of the materials and processes; working closely with expert craftsmen to design the designs around those unique qualities. Aimed at the boutique restaurant market, the lamps use Edison style tungsten or led bulbs combined with reflective coloured glass to create create a warm and inviting ambience, similar to that of a naked flame.
